Once certified as an “SSP”, you will have access to sections of the web, as well as, online access to discounted parts ordering, service flash bulletins, labor reimbursements, and service provider telephone support.

Procedure:

1. Contact Mickey Bynam or Terry Walsh, Program Managers, depending on your geographical location (see below).

2. Make application (online): http://www.office.xerox.com/partners/NewAccountRequestForm/

3. Xerox will send contract which must be signed and returned with the annual program fee of U.S. $250.00 (non-refundable)

4. Go to the Xerox website to purchase the proper Phaser Training/Certification Testing Kit: http://www.officeprinting.xerox.com/partners 

5. Click on the Order Training Materials link.

6. Under Self Study Training Kits, locate the Phaser Printer Model you require and enter the quantity of kits you require (for contents of the kit and certification instructions, click on that model number). Kits are $99.00 US Funds, $149.00 Canadian Funds.
   
   PREREQUISITES: Be sure to also purchase the Printing Basics prerequisite and the Laser Basics prerequisite. Printing Basics is waived if you are already certified on any Xerox Phaser printer. Laser Basics is waived if you are already certified on any Xerox Laser Printer (Both prerequisites are priced at $25.00 U.S. Funds, $37.63 Canadian Funds).

7. Go to the bottom of the page and click on “Checkout-Enter Information”

8. Follow the Online screen instructions from this point.
