The "ENV" feature provides an insulated heavy-duty metal enclosure with tray openings for external access to all label media without opening the cabinetry. The cabinet is mounted on four six-inch diameter, hard rubberized casters(two fixed, two swivel), allowing the printing system to be easily moved across the factory floor without damage. Internal environmental stability is maintained using temperature and relative humidity control systems, which includes a 350 cfm air source, 6000 BTU, CFC-free cooling unit and a 450 watt, quick reacting heater to regulate TEMP. and RH within required specifications. Approximately 95% of the internal air is re-cycled within the cabinet to help maintain a stable operating environment for the print engine while greatly minimizing particulate filter replacement frequency. Particulate filtration is accomplished with a small, fine grain, 320 square inch operator replaceable filter cartridge. External air and impurities are inhibited from entering the cabinetry through the use of the LOTZ-patented technique of maintaining a positive internal air pressure within the label-storage and print-engine area. The unit includes interface connectors (customer specified), two power cables (one 15-amp & one 20-amp), one set of required filter cartridges, software drivers and printer system documentation. Each printing system includes installation, equipment operational testing, support and operational personnel training; (installer/ instructor travel charges extra).  Operational specifications may vary due to our use of a variety of different print engines to meet customer demands.
