• Service & Maintenance Training is essential at any location which will depend on the printer product to always be available to serve the application. Without the proper training of the on-site (or local) support staff, product reliability will be jeopardized. LOTZ mandates that every installation be equipped with local, trained support.
  
  
• Ordering products, service training, as well as services and supplies on a timely basis is essential. Orders may be telephoned in, however hard copy purchase orders are required for processing orders. To establish credit terms, contact LOTZ accounting department for a credit application.
